We have a fairly straightforward ask ; work needs to happen in 2 - 3 weeks max.
Create a website that does everything GROUPON does; do it using Drupal.
Code should be geo aware
Couple of simple tweaks will be required e.g. some deals can have a fixed max limit and the deal is over once the max limit is hit. In some case a Minimum number of sales may not be required (unlike groupon) ; accomplish this using a flag that can be set to zero if there is no minimum sales required. Also, allow

Ability to store user info / process payment using registered Credit card or paypal / send daily emails (based on acct setting) etc.
Ability to provide side deals like groupon does
Backend CMS interfaces / consolles for writers to create / queue deals that are published at a set time etc.
