I need a domain portfolio script/template for resale purposes (fully functional).

We need the script to have all the functions of the below script but built differently and it should look different (be innovative).

Script Requirements:

It needs to have an admin panel; in the admin panel you can:

- Create Unlimited categories.
- Create Unlimited Domain Extensions.
- Manually add domains (or bulk opload through txt file).
- Edit/Delete existing domains.
- Upload Logo or write site title.
- Edit default Contact us page, Edit default Make offer page, edit default privacy policy page, edit default FAQ page and edit default terms and conditions page. This way when script is installed site owners need to have no knowledge of html to update all pages.
- Optionally fill in your Paypal API so site visitors can instantly pay on the site instead of making an offer.


Additional Script requirements:

- The site should have a search function to find domains.

- Visitors should be able to browse domains by alphabet, categories and by extension (COM, NET, ORG; etc…) as shown in the example site.

- On the site there should also be an area that displays the 10 most recent added domains (automatically done), 10 featured domains (user can decide the domains he would like to see featured in admin panel) and the 10 most recent sold domains. (user can add the names of the sold domains in admin panel)

- Every time a domain is added it creates a contact page for that domain where people can contact the site owner with their best offer. It should have a description field as well and a tell a friend option. The “tell a friend” option will basically send a predefined email to the specified email address with a link to the sales/contact page of the domain.

-Domains can be added to the portfolio by adding domains one by one or by using bulk upload. (bulk upload should accept txt files)

-For a bulk upload the site owner needs to fill in all the fields of a predefined txt file and once done the site owner can import that file and the script will automatically make listings of all the domain names in that file.

-To add a domain listing (or bulk domains listings) site owner needs to add the name of the domain and needs to select whether he would like to sell using “Make an offer” or “buy it now”.

-There will also be optional fields such as minimum price you would want to sell the domain for, BIN price (buy it now price), and a description field of up to 200 characters.

-The admin panel also has an optional field to fill in the site owners Paypal API. If this field is selected the domain sales page will show a BIN button so potential buyers can immediately pay through the site owners Paypal account. If no paypal api is selected the Buy it now button will link to the site owner’s specified sales page (for example own created sales page or afternic.com sales page, sedo.com sales page, godaddy sales page etc…)

-Finally it should also have an RSS feed displaying recent sold domain names and recent new listings.

-There should be 2 versions of the domain portfolio script. A free encrypted version which has a non-editable footer text and link (that links to an URL of our choice). And a payed developer version which has access to the source code, extra color schemes (explained in detail below), the ability to edit templates & CSS, the ability to add adsense as a top and bottom banner, and of course the ability to remove/edit footer text and link.

-If someone pays for the developed version and later asks for a refund I would also want a possibility to disable the payed script from a distance. (so this part should also be encrypted in the source code and never editable)

Important:
- Extensive knowledge of Webdesign and Programming is essential.

- We do require that quality web design work is delivered. We want a functional but also attractive site.

- Detailed installation instructions of script should be included!
