I am looking to have a very high end website created, it will take combined elements of youtube, facebook, and myspace to create my vision. Please note it must be very nice in design, main login page with have some flash. Please do no bid if you are unable to deliver superior results for a good price dont bother posting. Not looking for a long time frame if possible as well. Prefer a company to handle the work. A sample of the home page will be something high end like this.

The rest of the page will look slick and smooth like the home page will but with as much flash. If you can design something like this please be sure to bid. Price and work is the key and time frame being shorter is appreciated as well. Good luck!
