The bidder must be very familiar and comfortable with using the Zend PHP framework to create clean code.

Each sub-domain will display to the user events happening near that city. Cities are listed in a database already with the matching zipcodes and longitude and latitudes. A PHP function determines the distance of events to the city. Each sub domain will take their meta keywords/description/pagetitle from the database and be unique to each city.

7. Install Google Analytics code on each page.

8. Add Ticketing URL text field and also Event Info URL text field.

9. Add city change popup to allow user to change their default city. Store city as cookie. (Example is on http://boston.going.com/v5beta/index.php on top of page).

10. Add example code that will take a zip code value on the main page to display local events to the user (for later implementation of GEO IP service).

11. Create PHP code to filter out banned domains and keywords in the Event Info URLs and Event Ticket URLs, Event Title and Event Description. These will be specified in a database table.

12. Log traffic to a database table for each user's IP and limit each user's IP to a max of 50 per 24 hour interval.
