The ideal candidate will posses the following skills.

1) Should have atleast 2+ Years work experience in developing & designing Web Applications.
2) Should follow the standard industry practices for enforcing tight security of the site.
3) Should be basically a creative person with loads of enthusiasm who enjoys his work a lot.
4) should meet the deadlines.

1) The website should be extremely user friendly and the UI should be an asset and extremely rich with flash.
2) The features are quite similar to the normal Classifieds site. The functionality should be similar to Sulekha.com
3) No Copied template. It should be a original one.
4) Should provide a Web Management System (Where the admin can add/delete the categories in the classifieds)
