Basically we already have the design, the member area and the register for 3 different memebership.

Now we need someone to finalize and make the following for the lowest price possible:

-''Advertise with us'' (payperclick system just like google adsense): A place where customers can create an ads and allow a time and budget. These ads will appear on our website.
-Refer a friend: In exchange of succesfully registered friend the user will receive bonuses.
-Announcement system (just like ebay ''buy now''): A place where users can put items for sale by categories.
-Discussions section: Place where users can talk in forum style.
-Groups (like facebook groups)
-Search bar: Search bar where we can search for discussions, groups or announcements.
-Social features: Add a friend
-Payment interface: A place to deposit, withdraw, milestone (similar to freelancer payment interface)
-Admin to control all this.
