I am looking for someone who can write us backend software + integration into Woredpress to do the following :

1) The software needs to constantly scan directory "DIR1"
2) Once it spots a new Directory inside "DIR1" , it needs to RAR it into 400-1000mb parts, then it needs to upload those files into filesharing sites we would like to use :
1. HotFile.com
2. FileServe.com
3. FileSonic.com
4. Letitbit.net
5. FileFactory.com
3) Once files are completely uploaded we need the software to access our wordpress website and post an article based on the Links and the Content of the new directory from "DIR1", it also needs to read an .nfo file from that directory and paste it with the links into the article, also if the directory recognized as a MOVIE, it should connect to IMDB and gather information like Poster/ Plot / Votes / Cast and post it into the article too

The software must be working in multi threaded way and be able to handle more then 5 NEW dirs at a time and upload multi threaded to the filesharing sites i mentioned to utilize the whole uplink of the server,

This is the first stage of our project, if we find a suitable coder that fits our demands we can work on more ideas of ours,
