I have a Wordpress site. It needs some custom work.

Subscription or by the download.
I need a website with a small clean login area for people to access private areas of the site.
I'd like the ability to limit the amount of downloads or the amount of time a person has on the site.


Database/ online form:
I have a database of simple content that fills an online form. Each city of data has unique content that fills a - "City info sheet."

I want the user to be able download a city info sheet in pdf form to keep on file or print out. Either online, printed, or on a mobile device, I want the form to look consistent and clean on all platforms. I don't want it to look like a plain, dry database filled form.


Googlemap
I want all the city hall locations available on a google map within the site.
I want only certain map points viewable at certain zoom levels
