We require a website/database that will essentially act as waiting list. Users can join the waiting list, and will be emailed further instructions when they reach the top of the queue. There will be a user account system, and a variety of automated scripts to implement.

We will be using PHP as the server side language and MySQL as the database of choice. The client-side javascript framework can be of your choosing, jQuery, GWT, prototype etc. Any other frameworks such as Zend are also at your discretion.

The successful applicant will be comfortable with Object Oriented programming and MVC models. The website must be built with scalability in mind, and all code will be reviewed throughout the project cycle. We will be using Subversion as the source control tool.

A full specification of the website will be provided to the successful applicant.
