Brief Overview:
We are a web startup that has a pet dog , Kudos, with a natural mohawk. Kudos is 1/2 basset hound, 1/2 cocker spaniel. We want to incorporate his unique, fun personality and look into our company logo.

The basic idea behind our website is to make people smile and, occasionally, laugh out loud.

Brand Name: OurKudos

Requirements We want a happy, whimsical cartoon-style logo based on our mohawk dog, Kudos. This is a completely new brand, so feel free to have fun!

The logo should consist of a graphical representation of him beside the text OurKudos. We also want to incorporate our tagline:
"Real friends, Real community"
Slogan subject to change, but go with that for now.

We've provided several photographs of Kudos and would like to capture the essence of his fun, loving personality along with his unique, natural mohawk in cartoon form.

Logo needs to be versatile for a variety of printing applications:
website
stationary
business cards
signage
clothing

The logo provided should be available as a vector drawing so that it can be scaled for a variety of uses. Also, a bitmap version for use as a web banner is required. Our primary usage of the logo will be for the the top of our website. For example, see YouTube or 99designs.com.

Graphic of dog should be:
- fun! (makes you smile)
- whimsical
- clean (i.e. no barfing, smoking, drinking, etc.)
- eye catching
- simple design that is even recognizable in icon form
