Who we are:
We at InOrbit, Inc. are launching a tutoring service that will be run entirely through our website. The website will host tutor profiles, keep accounts and schedules for both tutors and parents, enable parents to pay for lessons online, and give tutors a place to submit lesson feedback.

What we need:
We need the web design, both front end and back end for this website. The site will have 8-10 pages: Home, Tutor Profiles, Services Offered, Tuition Packages, FAQ, Login, Logged in pages for tutors and parents, Sign up, and possibly one to two more. Most of these pages will only require a basic, uniform design and space for text. The website must also be able to do the following:
1) host profiles for parents and tutors that can be accessed via username and password
2) maintain calendars for tutors and parents that update when new lessons are scheduled
3) provide an interface within these calendars where tutors can submit lesson summaries for past lessons
4) allow parents to pay for lessons online by using their credit card
5) allow parents to see how many lesson credits they have left before they need to buy more.

Functionality we would like but isn't absolutely necessary:
6) handle a few simple email functions such as automatically notifying parents when their lesson balance is low and reminding tutors to submit lesson updates if they have not done so within a day of completing a lesson.

We also need a banner design which will run across the top of each page of the website.

What we have:
Right now, we have wireframe outlines for each of our desired pages as well as a detailed project outline for how all functions of the website should work. We have no coding done.

Timeline:
We need this website completed within the next four weeks.
