A Virtual Dog Racing Website where users can register purchase dogs of varying ability and distributed randomly from a sales ring for a fee when purchased , users can then enter races for a fee and win cash prizes

requirements are

a 3d raceviewer in flash or java to watch there dogs race
a kennel where they can view , train and change there dogs name and enter races etc
a race programme of varying distances and courses to be able to enter for varying fees
a championship series of races (high stakes) that can be entered when paying a suppliment on a purchased dog
a monthly auction where users can buy and sell there greyhounds at auction be able to set reserves and bid with real cash
a deposit page where users can deposit cash into there account
an online forum for members to discuss with each other etc
a salesring with say a pool of 100 000 dogs ranging from rubbish to excellent and around 3 dogs out the 100 000 which are monsters , randomly distributed when purchased for a fee

the budget is small for this project however we would also negotaite a shared ownership of the site if the designer is intrested of say 20% if intrested to cover the fees involved for the designer
