We are looking for auto dispatch soluton for An automobile transportation company. We currently use a web based site called ezdispatch.com which has allot of good features with order tracking, vin lookup and etc,

We ideally would like to add feature to what we use already, but if we need to start from scratch that is an option

We are looking for something that is scalable and more features can be added at a later date
. i am looking for someone that i can go back to at later dates and add more features.

We are looking for our drivers to pull up their assigned loads and and see their assigned loads via iphone or android mobile device.
the driver would be able to pull up the order and get signature capture and do a condition report at the time of pickup and delivery. driver would also be able to take pictures of any damage and and be able to upload all of this to our/or central server so we can kept up to date via real time
the driver would also be able to either fax or email from his phone to the customer a copy of the the bill of lading/condition report


in the near future, i would like to add a way for our customers to log in and retrieve paperwork and get up to date status on their transports

i also would like to add visual dispatch screen that shows all trucks that out on the road, any available spaces for cars, and status of pickups and drop offs at all times, update real time as users and drivers are updating throught the day

gps intergration into the software for order status

this description is a bit vague. I do know what i want to see in the software that we use everyday, and i will get into more detail with bid providers and work with them to develop a great solution.

bidders should have expeirence with remote signature capture, iphone or android or both experience, and some real life projects or similiar skills that can be demonstrated. my budget can be flexible and i want it to be scalable so that i can build upon it
