We have a distance table for a set of locations, from one location to each other (think massive table with lots of combinations).

We need this turned into a web based app that comes up with a distance for the user when two locations are selected.
Your bid should include some other options:

• Speed/time (based on our units)
• Integrated with supplied flash map

We would love for this app to work with the flash map we have made for these locations, but understand that could get complicated. However, if you feel you can do it, please bid accordingly as we are open to suggestions.

Other solutions should be ready to work on a php-based CMS (probably Joomla) and we can send samples of our flash map, the distance table, and other distance calculators across the internet we like.

App should also be built so we can add locations.

Users should have good web knowledge, be able to work through problems, have good English skills, decent references/feedback and know what they are doing.

This project will be completed in multiple milestones that we set, so your bid should not include 100% up front. Keep in mind there are a few people involved in this process, so it could take longer than you plan as it goes through an approval process
