I am currently looking for a talented website designer to join my team. Here are my requirements.

Specific:
- Strong graphic design skills
- Strong html/css knowledge
- Basic Flash Design
- Logo Design skills
- Wordpress experience (using & editing themes)
- All other experience would be a bonus

General:
Read and write excellent English (paid tasks will test your English competency) spoken English is an asset
Begin tasks within 2 hours of receiving tasks and and have them completed quickly and to a high quality
Answer emails within 1 business hour in your timezone
Must have IM for daily communication
Provide daily reports on the activities of the day, the hours spent and the tasks I need to take action upon
Sign a standard non disclosure and non compete agreement before starting
Please include the words 'blank stare' in your reply
Ask for help when needed

After testing this will become a full (40 hour a week) time position
