I recently started brainstorming some ides with a few buddies of mine for a social networking site that is adding more depth to the next platform of social networking, the gaming platform. We feel that the idea will not only be useful to people, mainly college students, but will also be just as addicting as other networking sites to keep users coming back.

What I'm looking for:
I was hoping to find a programmer just as motivated as I am who would stay with the company and work as a lead programmer with a few people working under him/her. However, that became extremely hard to find so now I'm just looking for someone who can make the site functional and fill the position later. if you are interested in more of a longterm job though, we can discuss that.

The site:
Unfortunately, we have lots of new ideas for how things are going to work so the site may need to be built from the ground up, but if you can get a copy of a format for another site and just tweak a lot of things, that might work and it could save you some time. The site is going to need the basic things such as profiles, picture sharing, and ratings, but it wont need comments, messages or live feeds and statuses. The main challenge for the site is going to be a ranking system. The formula is already written and was simplified to be as accurate as possible without being ridiculously long and complex. A fairly primitive page layout was made in illustrator so webdesign doesn't need to be your strong point. The main graphics for the page have already been made, I just need everything to come together and function smoothly. But, if you feel you could make the page look more professional, I'm open to suggestions
