Hello freelancers!

We are a new US internet-based website design and marketing
company that is just starting up. We need a number of people
to work part - time or more as freelancers.


We need:

4 website designers with programming skills
to work as freelance agents and as a team.

Below is a list of skills, please send PM with a list of
skills you have, experience with those skills, and a
portfolio of real world design pieces ( 5 URLs).
We at this time are only interested in those with
experience. We are looking for reliable designer/programmers
who can handle large volumes of work.
We pay between 15-25$ per hour or piece rate.


List of Skills:

Design:

Adobe Cs3, CS4, or CS5 proficiency in:

Illustrator
Photoshop
Flash
Dreamweaver

You must also be able to do the flash ads
and the cut-and-slice and coding.

Programming languages:

HTML/CSS/Javascript/Actionscript/Php/MySql/XML


Other:
Wordpress
OsCommerce and/or ECommerce
Databases with Credit Card processing

Two of the candidates chosen will be able to do marketing
as well, including seo-sem, adwords, email campaigns, etc.

Payment for work conditional upon acceptance by client.
You may be required to teleconference between project manager
and client. You must have high speed or wireless connection
and a phone line. You will be asked to set up a yahoo.com
messenger. You must be available when needed within reason
Web build cycle lasts 14 days, we pay after acceptance in full
for work by paypal only after 14 days from start, each cycle.
You are paid by hours you log in work log, you will need to
fill out work orders and log entries.

Long term freelance workers preferred;
6mo - 1yr at least, indefinite

We need good designers who can do it all, you will be working
together as a team under two project managers and there will
be quotas. Those interested in the project manager position
please indicate that in your response.
There is the potential for bonuses and other incentives like
profit sharing.
