I have enclosed a description of the Web and client application we require to be developed. Components include:

1. Client Application - Windows only
2. Web Server Application - Any
3. License Server Application - (Any)

This project is for the functional application and web server/reporting and licensing only. The informational and purchasing website will be handled by someone else.

This is for development and initial support. I will write all documentation, and provide hosting and testing servers, etc.

This is the first part (Monitoring) of a two-part project. The second part will expand into adding controls around the monitoring parameters.
