I am going to create a new projekt for my country.

The projekt is a bit like http://www.thedealmap.com/

Therefor I need to have a Iphone + Android app created, so that when you are near a "deal" your phone locates the deal and send a push notification to the user that there is a deal.

So something like the http://www.thedealmap.com/ + other funktionalities.
