Create a reseller web site for services by livedrive(dot)com, containing basically the same information as the web site livedrive(dot)com, minus the reseller info, and with own graphic design and logos.
(The actual web site URL for the project, and specific wishes regarding Logo design, will be given to the winner.)

Integration of livedrive(dot)com API (soap class to be integrated will be provided by me, you don't have to program that), and integration with payment systems as defined by me. (PayPal and one other.)

Site should be programmed in PHP to high programming standards and well commented, and all variable data (like prices, email addresses), etc, should be set in either database or configuration file, not hard coded.
Service options and pricing should be defined in database, and used dynamically in the site, including settings which offers are currently active or not, and if any is featured.
User data and transactions should be recorded in database as per definition provided by me.
Protected user "control panel" where user can up/downgrade account, see transactions and other similar data, etc.

Sources of graphics, including any specific fonts used in graphics, should be included in final delivery.
