Looking to develop a mobile app that can function on all major smart phones, once developed I want the app submitted to the main app market IE apple, google android, Microsoft, blackberry apps and any others that iv missed

The app will be free for users to download. The app is for a live chat software which is cloud based.

My website is live247support.com the "YouTalk" package I'm going to offer for free, the idea is to allow users to download the app on their iPad, iPhone, blackberry etc, they can signup via the app and once signed up they can offer live help on their website for free, and have the ability to use the mobile app to answer their website visitors questions on the go.

Once the basic app is developed i'm then looking to have advanced features installed after as a version 2.

I need a app developer who can do this app and make it work on as many platforms as possible.

I'm also curious to hear about app marketing as well as developers
