Basically we need a browser with a toolbar, the toolbar should be a browser too. We have to grab the current browser URL, if the domain is in a list of domains we have, it should query a webservice we will make and display the URL in the toolbar.

Required Features:
- Download domains list of supported domains (download only if list of domains in computer is older than 1 day)
- If the browser URL is in the list of domains, send a query to our webservice, the toolbar URL would be similar to: http://domain.com/toolbar.aspx?Domain=current_browser_url
- If the browser URL is in the list of domains and matches a regex empression, the toolbar URL is passed too.
- The toolbar browser should be able to open links, and to post, to the other browser (should work like a Internet Explorer or Firefox toolbar)
- We should to be able to read/write other misc variables in toolbar configuration - to have more flexibility from server side.
