Need a website built from start to finish. The website needs to:
- Allow users to sign up to the site and then rate different categories and businesses. Similar to tripadvisor.com (but this is not travel related).
- Have the ability for users to search what they are looking for
- Have an online store, where users can purchase electronic files.
- Have forums

The website would be free for users to look at, however there would be some areas that are for 'members only'.
Members would need to pay to access these areas of the site.

This website would evolve over time and I am looking for someone who can manage the entire process for me. Please only bid if you are willing to have a long term employer.
