I am looking for a software designer who can set up a secure system for mobile phones.
The voice and text call (data transfer) should be fully encoded with a secure encryption.
The mobile devices must be able to communicate with the network: 3G, GPRS and wifi.
3G and WiFi communication needs through its own server running.
The software should run on various platforms such as: Symbian, Iphone, Black Berry, Android and the PC.
There are already similar products on the market, but I want a similar or better operating system.
