we are looking to develop SIP client over wifi for mobile phones through which we can make calls thru predefined sip server.
The app should do the following:
Commuinicate with SIM card ... collect some info from the sim card and send it over wifi to server,
open simple sip client and make VOIP calls thru sip server.
