I am a loan officer and am marketing to people who want to sell their home by themselves. There are many things that I want the website to do. List; be a syndication platform to top real estate websites, have video explaining what the web page does when they arrive to the website, be able to print a property information flyer for the client (for their use to pass out to potential buyers), create a code for the client (so they can copy and paste it into sites such as craigslist for a better looking ad template)the client have the ability to type in info about their home (and create a sub domain website from my website, that they can use for advertising), has links to other websites, connect with twitter, Facebook, and other social networking websites. That is what I can think of now. I would like this a very user friendly WOW website.The URL is goprofsbo.com "Go Pro FSBO" (For Sale By Owner) I will use this website to get mortgage clients.
