I would like to have the successful bidder create an mobile application that will have a version for Blackberry, Android, and Apple iPhone.

It will be have the following functions:

- Emergency Weather Alert that takes a GPS location OR a user identified zip code to find the users local weather and provide localized emergency alerts as push alerts - free weather data can be found at from an XML feed from http://www.nws.noaa.gov/forecasts/xml/

- Flash Light - Basically turn on the phones camera flash until the user turns it off.

- Provide the user a check list of items they would need if they are caught in a weather emergency such as where to seek shelter what to bring food, water, etc.

- Provide a check list for after the storm is over "what should I do now?"

Both of the check lists will be provided, but the ability to check off the individual items in the application as they complete them will be necessary.

Application will need to be able to be re-branded for each individual client from a webserver that hosts a logo and contact information.

The logo and contact information will be displayed in the application as a tab or as an "About" button.
