We need an experimented ExtJS (http://www.sencha.com/products/js/) Designer with experience in making themes for ExtJS. The works consists in change the classic ExtJS theme (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/examples/themes/index.html) and convert it in order to its look&feel is similar to Microsoft Office 2010. It's very important that the ribbon (http://dev.sencha.com/deploy/dev/examples/toolbar/toolbars.html) be very very close to the Microsoft Word 2010 one.
