Name of the app: Party Time CCS (Check Card System)

When first time user get into the system he will have to setup his account, this app is just for club, pub and restaurant owner or manager, employee or promoter (Administrator), and they have to be pre-register in our website if they don’t have account it will be a contact link to let them:
a) Send a email with the request information
b) Call directly to our 1800 number


The main fields will be card number and password and those data will be check with our database, if the owner log in it will appear the name of the place he is authorize and it will appear this information:
a) If he is a owner it will show owner account – name of the place – full access
b) if he is a manager, employee or promoter it will show partial access – name of the place- access days allowed

As soon the Administrator login correctly, he’ll have one screen with the field to put the 16 digit separated in group of 4. And 3 button
a) Submit
b) Clear
c) Setup

IF the customer click submit will receive some information from our database, already done, so is just bring or get that info. The info is name, expiration date, if the customer is first time visitors, if the customer is more than 1 visit customer, and it will show the number of visits. Who sold the card, what is the special he have to receive, and some other information is already on the database. Also it will be some kind of rate for the customer and notes like a comment for every visit; you can see that screen in our web application, as soon the customer is verified the system will update that information on the database.

If the administrator clicks on clear, just erase any number already on the fields.

If the administrator clicks on setup he will have this option:
a) Setup predefined numbers for example: if he said the prefix are 7777 5645 1254 always will appear those numbers on the 3er first sections so the user only will have to put the last 4 digit, that will to the check card very fast. But maybe he just put the first 8 numbers.
b) Setup administrators (this will send the administrator to one screen with 7 fields one for every day of the week, that way if he want some promoter, employee or manager to take care of the data any specific day, he will allow the card here. He just have to put the promoter, employee or manager card number and he will retrieve his name, if he like it he just click on apply and that’s it. Every time the administrator go to this option will see all the administrators he already setup by day, only one administrator could be per day, plus the main owner off course. This option is only available if the user is OWNER of any listing.
