Looking for the following....

Android Phone Owner Downloads Our App. Once they run the app the first time, they will need to register a paypal address for deals, payment, and access to check their stats. Once registered, the app should auto login, but allow the user the option to change their email if needed. The user will need to be able to login to the app and view options:

1. Request withdrawal if their balance is over $25.
2. View their Balance
3. Change their information

When the App runs, the app loads on the botton of the browser. As the user surfs on their phone, they earn money. Need a system so that we can track the useage of the people that download the app so we can pay them their earned money once it hits $25. We have a webhost, so if needed, we can setup items on a server to communicate with the apps. The apps should detect if there is NO activity after about 2 mins....the user should NOT earn any money if the user stops surfing...otherwise, they can bring up the browser and let it sit!

We should be able to send ad's to the network. i.e., we have a client that wants to advertise, we should be able to push that ad to all the apps. If possible, we should be able to push ad's that will accomplish the following:

State to the phone use: Enter your email address and earn .50

Otherwords, we should be able to push special ad's that users can complete that will add to their account earnings.

I have a budget of $1,000. If successful, whomever develops this network will have the potential to earn MUCH more on upgrades etc.
