We are interested in the development of an Bluetooth application
that can take the bluetooth data from a Bluetooth Device and transfer the data from this bluetooth device to an online server database via user's cell phone GPRS link.

I also need an online web server that can take the information in the Bluetooth packet recieved and put it in the respective user fields on the server. Final intent is to use those fields to plot the data in real time and analyse the data over time on a website. The server database should be scalable to multiple users sending the bluetooth data.

The preferred mobile programming language would be J2ME but open to other suggestions. The preferred mobile platforms on which the data transfer application should work is Nokia Symbian, Blackberry, Android and iPhone OS. The online database is required to be very secure and scalable.
