To create an app which Integrated with Bluetooth through AT command

On the app, to show and control
i) Battery Level
ii) Volume Meter
iii) Bluetooth Signal
iv) Radio Frequency
v) Banner shown in the bottom of the app
vi) Text to speech
- From the text to speech when user receive SMS, and send the speech to the bluetooth headset through AT command
vii) Language
- English and Traditional Chinese
