Seeking developer for Android app AND iOS developed app for iphone similar to Talking Carl and Talking Tom Cat without voice recording/repeating. The interactive 3d character is to respond to touch with animation and voice. This project will include a Lite and Full, paid version of the game. Developer is to create programming in appropriate OS ready for me to submit to Android's Marketplace AND Apple's App Store. I will provide animations, audio files, and backgrounds.

I plan to continue this working relationship on future jobs which would involve updates to this app of additional features as well as new apps.
