A ready made is acceptable with customization and personalisation.

Must SEO Copywrite entire site for maxinmum membership to target audience, Must be SEO for search engines. Must rank no 1/2/3 on first page of target keywords on search engine. Look at the websites and registration and features required.

Please also note that we are not interested in pre-built site. We want a site which can be custom made as per our requirements.

Since we have several projects to offer, a good price is one of the criteria for selection. We need a permanent designer we can rely on for all sorts of projects from logos to e-commerce websites.

Terms:
No upfront payment, Milestone payment of 50% to be escrowed then released when the website is complete then 50% escrowed then when you install on my server and i test website make sure the codes and design is spot on. Then i release final amount.
