We require a mobile phone application to be developed which will allow a user to activate a pre determined notification to be sent from their phone via various mediums ( email, sms, twitter, facebook). The application will also require the ability to pinpoint location of the phone, and send that info to a predetermined medium.

A Non Disclosure Agreement will need to be signed between ourselves and the freelancer selected before full detail can be provided, however the above at its basic level is the tecnical requirement.

Budget hastn been set for this program as the owners do not know the value of such service, please do not use the budget guide given as an indication of what will be paid for this.
