The site I want to be build by a website builder (programers), in functionality, is similar to www.yelp.com. But
only for one industry The contents will be only automobiles related business, (yelp. offer service to all kind of business).
Must be very simple ,example of opening page(welcome page) http://www.topcityads.us/ , http://www.projectravian.com/apps1/bizdirectory/ or :www.kumbooka.com/ and must have all of the social network web site functionalities : Forum, Group, profile, Job page to add resume or find job, blog , add a friend, confirm registrations, and etc
As for general pages, like the following web site lay out:

ADMIN INTERFACE:
Direct editing/contents modification directly on the page without having to
go to separate page.
CMS to Add/Edit any data to the Administration so I Manages the Admin Panel
itself., View Files and manage Files.

With the bid I need to receives your portfolios of your finished jobs for review.
The final decision to hire one for the job will depend on prompt and timely
commutation and understanding of my site concepts by the programmer (site
builder).

I am not a computer geek , would like some one I can trust and build a
