I遏･ looking for someone to develop a simple app for android. I am a college student and I always have to learn new vocabulary words. I need an app that will allow me to populate a word list and store the info locally. If for any reason it is not recommended to do so, I need suggestions as to how to better handle storage.

The application will act like a flash card program. I蛟､l select existing words in the database and the flash card program will commence. What will make this app different from other flash card programs is that I want to be able to set alerts at certain intervals. For example, if I set the interval at every 5 minutes an alert popup message will display a word from the list. I can type in the translation and press the enter button and if it matches the corresponding word in the database the next word will be displayed until I press pause. The next word will be displayed 5 minutes later and so on. I realize that the app will run as a background service in order for this to work and I realize that the battery is going to be used up during this time. That逞ｴ acceptable.
