We require someone with skills in website template, graphic/logo design, Moodle and Joomla to help build a learning management system (LMS) website. The courses and tests are being developed using Adobe Captivate 5 and we plan to import these into Moodle as SCORM objects. The website will be hosted with PowWeb using their installations of Joomla and Moodle. High level requirements are therefore:

• Template
Clean, simple and professional template for a learning provider in financial (accountancy) services. We have an idea on the colour scheme. Only a few pages are needed for the template e.g. home, contact, course list, about.

• Moodle
Integration with Moodle as the learning management systems. This should be seamless (or as near as) i.e. same look and feel throughout the whole website. Courses and tests will be imported from Adobe Captivate 5 as SCORM objects. Single sign-on between the main site and Moodle.

• Joomla
Integration with Joomla to enable the content management of simple pages.

• Logo Design
Design of simple logo for the website.

• Payment Integration
A future requirement will be the integration of the site with a Payment system. Development should be completed with this in mind.
