The Iphone/Android app should be capable of the following.

- Showing Restaurants in the sourrounding (user should be able to choose radius 500m, 1km, 2km, 5km, 10km) with Evalutation on map based on users actual location
- highlight the Restaurant with the cheapest price
- tapping the restaurant will show details and rating of the other users.
- Registration for users
- Evaluation for Restaurant (1-5 stars) plus Comment for users wich are logged in.
- Add new Restaurant (Name, street, zip, town, area code, phone nr, url, categorie -> 6 options, price for one produkt, coordinates captured from actual location)

The service will be based on an mysql database wich already exist.
