Dear Service Providers,

We need to develop an application for Blackberry, iPhone and Android that shows analytical reports based on twitter username data and display them into graphical presentation.

The reports should enable the user to show their performance based on their stored twitter login or a manually entered twitter username.

Required reports should include like those on http://www.tweetstats.com, http://twittergrader.com/, http://trendistic.com/, http://www.klout.net and so on.

An important reporting is the ranking with the network (followed and/or followers).

Service providers are required to provide some history in the development specially for the twitter on the required platforms.

The application should have a small area for advertisements and shall support payment using moneybookers. Users information should be communicated to a backend server. Users should be able to use a free version with limited features, or a full featured application after paying. They should be able to upgrade to full version on trial for a specified period.

Full amount will be ESCROWed, but will be only released on successful completion of the development.
