We螢‡ like to develop Yobongo like app (this app is for realtime chat with anyone (geographically) around you) for iPhone and Android. (We will use it as prototype for other services.)
Yobongo should only be available in limited location in the U.S., San Francisco, Austin and New York now.
Currently, we aren稚 able to play it here (even though we know how the app works and how it痴 played among users well).

Everything must be just as Yobongo except and additional;
1. Would like it to be developed with Titanium mobile.

2. Need to deliver source cord, compiled iOS and Android files.
3. Would like server-side development with PHP, and on Google App Engine.
4. Would like the estimate separated, the application side development and the server-side development.
5 You must have iPhone to play Yobongo.
6 It's should be done using iPhone's capture function.
