I am looking for an iPhone app developer that can help me complete a project I have been working on for a while now. The app I would like to create is very simple and has very limited functionality so I expect the programming to be fairly simple. I would guess around 10-20 hours to finish. The app will need to do the following: Overlay an image during the iphone's video function, record/save video, overlay an image onto another image, save images, open previously saved images, and use the iphone's video playback function.
I have all of the images I would like to use for the overlays as well as illustrator files conveying the feel of the app interface. There is probably still some development needed so someone with experience creating clean, iphone-like user interface is ideal. I have the app user experience map already created, and all of the files ready to be shared on google docs. I am looking for a RELIABLE programmer that will get things done as promised and on time. Someone with good communication skills is also important.
