Project is to develop a parental controls type feature for video players on the Android platform. Would like to support both smartphones and tablets. I'm happy to provide details as needed so you can scope/estimate the project cost. I will provide the core requirements for a first round of development. After the code is ready I would likely get some feedback from potential users and then ask for some tune up to refine the product.
