I need an iPhone app that will have a user register with it a user name and email address. Each user's user name that they designate will be what they are recognized by. Each user will have a friends list just like an IM client. They will be able to pick someone from their user list that they have added and send them a push notification (using urban airship) from a list of a about 3 or 4 phrases that I have predetermined and the other person that receives the push will be able to push back to that person another phrase. Also an email option to send the app suggestion to their friends for viral aspect. I have all the screenshots on how the pages should look so all you have to do is copy it and code it. I am very behind schedule and need this built ASAP. Please do not respond unless you have the knowledge to build this. My budget is $750
