I am looking for a Facebook Application expert. Proven experience in the development of Flash Facebook apps needed. My projects has the following requirements:

• user can upload a photo from their PC or choose photo from facebook photo libraries
• once the photo is in the app the user can scale/move the photo
• the user can then choose from 6 objects (hair, clothes etc) to add to their photo
• the user can drag, rotate and scale the object to their liking onto their own photograph
• more than one object can be used (for multiple people in the photo)
• once the user is happy with their choice, they hit submit, and are prompted to save the photo. By clicking submit, the photo is posted as the profile pic and a notification is put on the users wall
• a banner at the bottom of the photo, displaying logos and information saves along with the photo
• the photo, banner included, will then be posted into their profile
• the user is sent a private a thank you message
• must be able to track how many users use the application

Design and graphics will be supplied - only coding needed.
