I only need the flash with accessible parameters, I do not need db design or site programming.

I need a flash app that can connect to SQL server ASP.NET site and do the following :

1. Recorder Skin
Play Saved button- When app loads it looks to see if the user has a reocrding already saved, this button is grayed out and unusable if the user does not have a saved video.
Record / Stop button- starts recording new video.
Play Current button - Plays currently recorded video. grayed if no current exists.
Save button saves current recording over previous. grayed if no current exists.

2. Player skin
Play button - plays video file
Stop button - Stops video

3. Snapshot skin
Take Picture button - Takes a pic, pic is displayed in the window.
Discard button - Deletes pic just taken, webcam is watching user ready to take another pic, grayed if no pic has been taken.
Save Picture button - Saves Picture to file, grayed if no pic saved.

4. Video Mail Skin
Record / Stop button- starts recording new video.
Play Current button - Plays currently recorded video. grayed if no current exists
Send button - saves current recording, notifies webpage the user has chose to send the message. grayed if no current exists.

All video recording settings ( fps, bandwidth, file location, etc) should have accessible parameters
