Fix Existing iPad App ASAP (75% Completed Already)

I have a iPad app that is about 75% done and I need some finishing touches on it please.
This app is a app that reviews videos.
Here is what is missing...
1. Make sure the iTunes File Share is Implemented to upload and download videos to and from the app itself.
2. Make sure the ability to similar to #1 for upload & download of videos is implemented for DropBox service and the option for FTP upload & download of the videos and metadata.
3. Need some type of scrubber wheel or something added to the video playback area to slow fast forward and rewind the video.
4. When the video is tagged and notes are added, this creates a link (this is implemented), what I need fixed is when the user is reviewing this, they can click on these tags and it auto forwards the user to that point in the video.
5. I need a help screen that is displayed upon 1st launch, user has the option to watch it and/or dismiss it forever.
6. A pdf should be able to be created by the user from the notes of the video to be emailed.
7. Bluetooth sync between ipads should be enabled too.
8. The meta data should be able to be edited with name and some other required info too.
9. AirPrint should be enabled for the metadata notes too.

Budget is only $600 and need this within 5-10 days.

Remember, this app is 75% done already.
