We have an iPhone app called Parkpal that layers street-side parking data from the NYC Department of Transportation onto a google map that is viewable using the iphone. The app utilizes the user's GPS, date/time and relevant regulations from the NYC DOT database to create color-coded lines on the map (green, yellow or red) that indicate whether you can park on the given streets surrounding your current location.

We're now looking to convert the app to an Android version. Please submit bids for a direct conversion of this iPhone app to an Android app.
