We are looking experienced prefessionals to build a small web site for us. This will be a gaming website where two people can play with each other.
Initially we are starting with Rummy, In future we will add chess, chinese checker, Breeze etc.
The description of web site is as follows

Description

-> Web site will offer game of rummy which can be played between two Users. Read following to know about rummy http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rummy
The game should be like / better then http://www.games24x7.com/rummy-game.jsp or other available sites, you can google them.
-> First page will be Registration/login page. Registration should be as simple as possible with minimum steps.
We will also display highest winners of a month in front page + It will contain picture of rummy flash object in background. Front page should be very
attractive.
-> People need to create login to play rummy game.
-> People who have login created should be able to add / withdraw money (We will not charge to add/Withdraw money) we should redirect to pay pal or net banking.
-> There will be four tables (Dummy, Beginner, Intermediate, expert). We will have ability to add/update new tables.
Once a user is entered in table he will able to select free user and request to play game. Once a game is started a sum will be deducted from each user and winner will be awarded money which is listed below -

Beginner Play -> 25 Rs, winning 45 Rs
Intermidate -> 50 Rs, Winning 95 Rs
Advance -> 100 Rs, Winning 195 Rs.
5 Rs will automatically added to our account once game is complete. If a user is not responding since specified time, he will be declared looser.
-> User can play only one dummy (Free) game a day.

There should be admin page to create new table and set/update bid and wininnig amount. Only people marked as admin will able to enter this page.

-> Once login user will get a promotional code. User will have comission on every bid done by other users who became member using this promotional code. The percentage should be setup from admin page.

-> The rummy game should have good catchy graphics with sound and all basic functionality

Above description should not be considered as final, this is just a pointer. Exact details will be sign off with Bid winner.

Eligibility

-> We would like to look into previous similar work done.
-> We will require detail design specification + Documentation from selected bidders.
-> Selected bidder will also invited for web expansion in future.
-> At least 2 month support will be required. (Please keep this in mind with your bidding)
-> You should be able to start working immediately once project is awarded.

Development
------------------
-> Perl prefered but not must.
-> Game graphic should be in flash, if not please specify the reason.
-> Which Database you will choose and what is the reason chosing that Database ?

Deployment
---------------------
-> site name will be communicated to selected developer.
-> We will require complete steps to deploy this code on selected site with minute details. We will prefer a zip/install file which will do all deployment once run.
Step by step installation will also work.
