I would like to build a chat service with similar functionality as solomio.nl & omegle.com
(urls given to give an idea to the functionality) for a idea please take a look at the websites .

Below is a simple overview of the functions needed:

frontend:
- multiple categories of cam/chatrooms
- make a chatroom (alow one person or multiple persons or password protected)
- join a chatroom
- chatroulette function (random webcam connect within a category)
- fast loading / low data / clean/open code

- extra:
- login user accounts (needed fo a room starter, optional for a visitor)
- user accounts have basic user data & profile & profile listing
- payment options to “add funds” to this account (payment gateway provider , creditcard, ukart, paypal etc (provider to be determined))
- Option to move funds between accounts, tip, fixed amount or timely/minute & live update of this & confirmations
- basic master admin for admin/account/category editing

We will deliver a (minimalistic) design (psd)

general goal at this point is to find a supplier who is able to realise this
& determine the best (technical) options & possibilities & the budget needed (as im unfamiliar with this type of site/technique)
